Privacy policy

When we are contacted we collect e-mail addresses and the e-mails that were sent only for communication between us and clients or prospects. No information about a user (IP, cookies etc) are gathered by GiantPanel and all communication is executed between a GiantPanel.com employee and our clients or prospects. No attempt to use these e-mail addresses for anything except communication about the GiantPanel product is made nor will be made. We only mail when we are asked to do so. No user will ever receive any unsollicited e-mail from this site or it's employees.

We utilize 2co.com as our payment provider; all payment transactions are encrypted and safe. We will never see your creditcard number or address data. We will use the e-mail address you provided at 2co.com to send you your order information. For more information, please see the 2co.com website to assure all your information is processed securely.

Refund policy

When you are not satisfied with our service or products, you will receive a 100% refund of your license. This option is available the first 30 days after your payment. After that it is safe to say you are satisfied to continue running our products. The services we execute for you are non-refundable, you can request a 100% refund on those too . Our prices are created as follows:

• $129 = $129 license, full, 100% refund
• $159 = $49 installation + $110 license, $110  refund as installation is a service
• $249 = $49 installation + $15 custom design + $15/month + $100 license, $170 refund
  

Refunds are calculated based on the above.
