GiantPanel (giantpanel.com) is an SMM panel operated by Narayan Kumawat, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We decide how and why your personal data is used on our site. Payment data: amount, date, payment method, and transaction or UTR reference. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and time of visit. We use this for security and fraud prevention.
Support data: messages and tickets you send us.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We never ask for your Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok or Telegram password. If anyone says they are from GiantPanel and asks for it, do not share it and tell us at admin@giantpanel.com.

• To process orders and payments.
• To give support and send service messages (order updates, password reset, OTP).
• To prevent fraud, abuse and security attacks.

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details such as your name and email. We use them only to create and secure your account.

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your settings and protect the site. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

8. Data Security

We use measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls and regular checks to protect your data. No website is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a serious data breach affects you, we will inform you as required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active, and for as long as needed for orders, accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymize it.
