1. About GiantPanel

GiantPanel is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel operated by Narayan Kumawat, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We serve individual users, creators, agencies and resellers across India and worldwide.

2. What We Offer

We provide paid social media promotion services for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and others. Each service has its own name, price, speed, refill period and description on the Services page. Please read the full description before you order.

Service names and labels (for example "Real", "HQ", "Non Drop", "Fast") are descriptions given by our suppliers. They are a guide, not a promise of exact quality.

3. Who Can Use GiantPanel

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
• You must give correct information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for your account, password and all activity under it. Do not share your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Placing an Order

• Make sure your profile or post is public and the link is correct before you order.
• Do not change your username, delete the post, or make the account private while the order is running.
• Do not place a second order on the same link until the first one is complete. Two orders on one link can cause wrong counts or failed delivery, and such orders cannot be refunded.
• Do not use two different services at the same time for the same link.
• An order cannot be canceled after it starts processing, unless the service shows a cancel option.

5. Delivery and Speed

Start time and speed shown on the site are estimates only. They can change due to platform updates, high demand or supplier issues. We do not guarantee an exact delivery time.

6. No Guarantee of Results

• We aim to deliver the quantity you paid for, as per the service description. We do not guarantee sales, engagement, reach, rankings, monetization or any other business result.
• Unless a service clearly says otherwise, delivered followers, likes or views may not come from real or active users, and they may not interact with your content.
• Some services may drop after delivery. Services with a refill period include free refill for that period only. Services marked "No Refill" are not refilled.
• Social media platforms change often. Delivered followers, likes or views may be removed by the platform at any time. This is outside our control.
• We cannot promise that every delivered profile will have a photo, bio or posts.

7. Platform Rules and Your Risk

You are responsible for how you use our services. Social media platforms have their own rules, and many platforms do not allow paid or artificial growth. Using growth services may lead to limits, removal of content or action against your account by the platform. You use our services at your own risk. Do not use our services on brand-new, copyrighted, or high-risk accounts.

Do not use our services to mislead others, for example by presenting purchased engagement as something it is not, where the law requires you to be honest.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use GiantPanel for:

• Illegal, adult, hateful, violent, gambling or scam content.
• Fraud, stolen payment methods or false payment proofs.
• Trying to hack, overload, copy or damage our website, API or systems.
• Abusing or threatening our support team.

We may suspend or close your account and cancel orders if you break these rules.

9. Payments and Wallet Balance

• You add money to your GiantPanel wallet and use that balance to place orders.
• We accept the payment methods shown on the Add Funds page. Please check the amount and details before you pay.
• Wallet balance is for use on GiantPanel services only. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.
• If you pay by UPI, QR or another manual method, enter the correct reference or UTR number as asked on the page. Wrong or false details may delay or block your deposit.
• Prices can change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a payment problem, contact us first at admin@giantpanel.com. We will try to fix it quickly. If you raise a false dispute or chargeback for a service you received, we may suspend your account and stop future orders.

11. Reseller and API Use

If you resell our services or use our API, you are responsible for your own customers. Keep your API key private. Do not make false promises to your customers about our services. We may limit or stop API access if it is misused. We are not responsible for any problem between you and your customers.

12. Account Suspension and Closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If an account is closed for serious misuse such as fraud or abuse, remaining wallet balance may be forfeited. You can ask us to close your account at any time by email or ticket.

13. Limitation of Liability

GiantPanel provides its services "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GiantPanel is not responsible for:

• Any loss, damage or action caused by social media platforms, including account suspension, restriction, content removal, or loss of followers, likes or views.
• Delays, failures or errors caused by third-party service providers, platform updates, payment gateways, hosting or internet issues.
• Any loss of business, profit, sales, reputation or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Problems caused by wrong information, wrong links or private accounts given by you.
• Problems between you and your own customers, if you are a reseller.
• Temporary downtime of our website, dashboard or API for maintenance or technical reasons.

You use our services at your own risk. If we are found responsible for any loss, our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid for the order in question.

This section does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our control, such as platform changes, supplier problems, internet or power failure, cyber attack, government action or natural events.

15. Your Responsibility (Indemnity)

If your use of GiantPanel breaks these Terms or the law, and this causes a claim or loss for us, you agree to be responsible for that claim or loss to the extent allowed by law.

16. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your data.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Using the site after the change means you accept the new Terms.

18. Other Terms

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy together form the full agreement between you and GiantPanel.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
